Now’s your chance. **The Opportunity** As a management consulting specialist, you will learn the complexities of our clients’ mission and operations in order to provide advice on business process improvements, mission realization, and organizational transformation. You will help clients envision a future that helps them improve organizational performance that in turn impacts program beneficiaries. To be successful you will have an interest in a role focused on business management. This cohort program will start in the summer of 2025. **Core Responsibilities** + Facilitate strategic planning and communications across and between internal and external stakeholders + Understand and evaluate organizational performance improvement through business management processes + Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor policies and programs + Use project management skills to complete assigned tasks according to project plans, timelines, budget, and quality standards + Assist in quantitative analysis and data-oriented tasks such as financial modeling and performance data analysis + Contribute to written deliverables to include drafting memos, report, meeting read-outs, technical assistance tools, and interview and focus group protocols + Participate in business development efforts by contributing to the proposal development process + Understand the importance of and have working knowledge of change management practices **What We Value** + Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree + MBA, MPP, MPA, MPH, MEM, MHA is strongly preferred. + Experience with planning and executing projects, including managing events and workshops + Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, communications or facilitation + Ability to create and deliver compelling reports and presentations to influence client action + Demonstrated experience developing financial models in excel + Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work deliverables + Experience in data analysis and visualization using Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI + Project Management, Process Improvement, Communication, or Change Management Certification is desirable + US work authorization and residence in the US for the past seven years + Previous experience as a consultant is strongly preferred. **What We Offer** We foster an environment where you can Thrive Your Way. Salary ranges may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location.
