Job Overview As a Management Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the efficient operation of an organization. This on-site role will be based either in our Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ Community Support Center. Roles You Will PlayProject Coordination, Reporting, and Documentation
Manage and oversee operational projects related to property management and compliance.Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This includes contracts, leases, and any other relevant documentation. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reference and audit purposes.Prepare regular reports on project status, operational performance, and key metrics for upper management. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and project files.Implement robust processes and tools for tracking work, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.Regional Operations Management
Develops, establishes and executes the Company’s strategies and practices related to multi-family property management operations providing the platform to enable assets to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance and people objectives. Develops strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and teams to foster efficient and productive cross-functional collaboration to achieve agreed project deliverables.Maintain and update regional documentation and data for internal and external useCommunication and Transparency
Maintain open and transparent communication channels regarding project status, issues, and outcomes. Provide timely updates and respond promptly to inquiries or requests for information. Foster a collaborative environment where feedback and input are valued and integrated into project planning and decision-making processes.Communicate and work with regional site teams and support departments to collect documentation and data and ensure it is accurate and up to date. Building Blocks of Success Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.Proven experience in project management, operations management, or property management within the real estate industry.Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and completeness in documentation and reporting.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in key Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).Knowledge of property management software (e.g., RealPage products, Funnel, Reputation.com) and financial management principles.
