Maintenance and development management of insurance premium and reinsurance related systems. Organizing requirements with related departments related to development management, creating estimates, vendor coordination, and quality control during the development process. 職務目的(Job Purpose) 保険料、再保険関連システムの保守開発管理。開発管理に伴う関係部門との要件整理、見積書の作成、ベンダー調整、開発工程における品質管理。 職責(Job Responsibilities) 保険料、再保険関連の担当システムの開発において、職務内容を円滑に遂行すること。新商品対応、商品改定対応、システム改善対応などにおけるビジネス要件のヒアリング、スケジュールなどを関係部署と調整。ベンダーへの見積依頼、見積整理、見積書の作成、スケジュールなどをベンダーと調整。開発の各工程におけるレビューの実施。システムリリース後の問合せ、障害対応などのシステムケア。 主要な関係先( Key Relationships ): 内部関係先(AIG組織内) + IT関係部署 + ビジネスオーナー部門 + 外部関係先(AIG組織外) + 開発ベンダー + 日本損害保険協会 など 必要とされるスキル・経験(Required Skills and Experiences) 最終学歴   + 特に無し スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許 【免許】特に無し 【スキル】英語でのメール対応・書類作成(TOEIC 600点程度) 【性格/気質】コミュニケーション能力、チームワーク力 業務経験 - 10年以上のシステム開発経験必須 - システム開発において関係部署とのコミュニケーション、ベンダー管理した 豊富な経験必須 - 問題解決をする上でチームと協力的、積極的に取組してきた経験尚可 - オフショアベンダーとの英語でコミュニケーション経験尚可 Reimagining insurance to make a bigger difference to the world American International Group, Inc.
