Key responsibilities/What you do
The Management support for Central Reporting is placed within our Operations Reporting division and is reporting to the Head of Central Reporting. The role provide support to the top management regarding the creation, standardization and delivery of reports linked to operational performance. It covers all Line of Business (LoBs) within the reporting scope. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes and it`s relation with key performance indicators. Strong communication skills are critical for this role to convey complex information effectively, synthesizing main top findings and present them to top management. It collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensuring that global reporting aligns with organizational objectives of Allianz Partners.
Primary objectives include the definition, collection, and monitoring of operational and digital transformational KPIs within the Operations department in Allianz Partners, consolidating them into a structured report with a well-presented visualization.
Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights to all relevant stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Coordination and consolidation: Coordinate with different functions, stakeholders, and business units worldwide, to gather and consolidate the expected data and KPIs to execute the global reports. Report Development: Lead the design and creation of comprehensive reports to meet the information needs of Allianz Partners. Strategic Alignment: Align reporting initiatives with strategic objectives of Allianz Partners to contribute to the overall business success. Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner to all relevant stakeholders. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and align reports with organizational goals of Allianz Partners. Data Analysis: Oversee data analysis processes to ensure accuracy, relevance and reliability of the reported information. Process Development: Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of reporting processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence. Process Optimization: Enable the identification of data insights, KPI trends and key findings to optimize operational processes and apply a continuous improvement in the organization driven by data. Training and Development: Provide training and support to the Reporting teams to enhance their reporting skills and capabilities. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the integrity of the reported data. Coordinating with the respective stakeholders the corrective actions to improve data quality when there are corresponding findings. Data Security: Implement measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data in reporting processes.
Key requirements/What you bring
3+ years’ experience in data-driven working environment which includes any of the following activities: KPI monitoring & performance tracking, reporting, audit, data visualization, creation of dashboards, data collection, data quality, process mining. Strong communication skills being able to easily interact in an international environment. Strong synthesizing skills being able to easily identify key messages to communicate. Experience working in cross-functional and/or international projects. Excellent presentation skills (power point). You are proactive and with a sense of innovation. Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
