Purpose of Role: The Management Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting all ISO assurance functions and maintaining updates into the business process management system for Bill of Material accuracy for components produced. This role provides oversight of the requirements for the integrated ISO Management System and will ensure the ISO Program demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and statutory & regulatory requirements. This role also will closely interact with the site technical team for maintaining updates to new and current products produced at the site, including routings, creating and updating bill of materials, conduct BOM audits, and resolving any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus Area: Acting Site Internal Lead Auditor, train internal employee auditors on system and technique against ISO Standards and includes MII SME/Auditor and Trainer. Focus Area: Will serve as the Champion of Management of Change (MOC) and maintain the site’s Risk Register Focus Area: Oversight and lead of site’s Document Control System.​Focus Area: Creation and updating of Bill of Materials, in Oracle, and components used, along with data integrity of the system based off audits and findings resolution.Focus Area:  Primary contact with External ISO Auditors, Including the maintenance of Safety/Health/Quality Manual and Management Review Document. Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

1-3 years previous experience in a similar role. Must be capable of working independently.Knowledge and experience with ISO.Experience with Oracle.Strong and proven experience using Microsoft’s Suite of Applications.
