Your role and responsibilities

As a Management Team Assistant, you serve as a key interface within our management team and business units, acting as a central point for information and communication within our company.•\tClose collaboration and support for our management team in administrative, organizational, and content-related matters•\tScheduling and organizing meetings and events•\tRelieving the management team through administrative support: compiling data and information, preparing reports, creating presentations, and preparing meeting materials, etc.•\tPoint of contact for travel management, including business trip expense accounting•\tInternal and external correspondence with executives, employees, customers, and business partners•\tIT key user activities (e.g., hardware and software requests, access permissions)

Qualifications for the role

\tCompleted business-related education (e.g., HAK, HLW, or equivalent)\t2-5 years of professional experience or initial experience as a Management Assistant or in Office Management is an advantage\tExcellent German and English skills\tOutstanding MS Office proficiency\tSkilled in creating and preparing presentations\tExperience with SAP (or a comparable ERP system) is desirable\tIndependent and diligent work approach, high sense of responsibility, and reliability\tCommunicative and service-oriented personality with strong organizational and communication skills\tPreference for an independent, well-structured, and proactive working style within a team\tHands-on mentality, flexibility, and enthusiasm for work
