We are seeking a dynamic and driven Management Trainee – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This 6-month trainee program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from Tier 1 business schools who are eager to build a career in recruitment. You’ll get hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, learning how to source, engage, and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Support the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding. Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Engaging Conversations: Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting Zycus as an employer of choice. Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs. Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
