Management Trainee

We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Trust and Safety

Responsibilities

· In collaboration with the well-being lead, manage and drive well-being initiatives and engagement activities for the targeted employee base.

· Coordinate with the well-being lead, operations team, and the well-being coaches in planning and successful execution of workshops/ seminars, organizing seminars/ guest speakers/preventive health camps etc.

· Maintain a detailed record of well-being activities for the employee base, participation rates on the same and their feedback.

· Undertake regular surveys to identify well-being needs and impact of well-being programs.

· Develop well-being network by identifying and working with point-of-contacts in each process.

· Develops promotion and awareness plans for well-being programs.

· Create newsletters and communications on wellness programs.

· Coordinate and schedule wellness activities such as yoga, group sessions, meditation, fitness sessions etc.

· Floor walks and check-ins with the teams

· Work with the wellness committee / council within the organization around compliance, other metrics and calibrate the wellness program with the team based on feedback.

· Wellness program orientation for new joiners / backfills.

· Conduct refresher training for the program's agents to educate them on its benefits.

· Assist the operations team with policy and procedure inputs relevant to the operation of well-being programs.

· Aid the well-being lead in preparing the weekly activity reports/power point.

· Ability to develop and implement programs that comply with the local workplace regulations.

· This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/ sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Qualifications we seek in you.

Minimum qualifications

Relevant experience in developing and driving workplace well-being or corporate employee engagement programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.Basic understanding of data collection and data analysis.Ability to work and maintain confidential information.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.Master’s degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or related field required.Must have knowledge of local workplace regulations.
