Management Trainee-New Grad!

Our client, a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products, is looking for individuals that would like to start their career working with an amazing company with endless growth opportunity in Edmonton.

Essential Functions:

In this role there are 5 phases of progression that will allow all aspects of the business to be experienced.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

Phase 2: Operations

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management

Phase 5: Decide what area you would like to grow within

Unique Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Degree or Diploma is a MUST Positive attitude and results oriented mindset Desire to continuously learn and grow Excellent customer service and organizational skills Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity Ability to work well independently and in a team setting

Remuneration:

Remuneration for this role consists of a starting salary of 45-50K plus an annual bonus, benefits, RSP’s, great training and endless growth opportunities with an industry leader!
