Your role will encompass strategic planning, operational efficiency, client relationship management, and the continuous enhancement of our service offerings. In the process, you will lead a team that assists in achieving the set KPIs for the client organization. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** **Client Portfolio Management:** + Ensure operational efficiency and automation in managing multiple client accounts. + Foster client relationships as a Digital Marketing Consultant and enhance client retention and profitability. **Digital Strategy Development and Execution:** + Understand each client's business, revenue model, and goals to develop tailored digital strategies. + Conduct consumer profiling and define target audiences for effective digital targeting. + Create targeted communication strategies and design campaigns to achieve business goals. + Monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives. **Business Consultancy:** + Map the customer journey, design conversion funnels, and set up tracking mechanisms for all stages of the funnel. + Integrate offline business data with digital data to obtain comprehensive performance metrics across the conversion funnel. + Utilize integrated data analysis to optimize media and business processes, implementing tech solutions for automation and data integration. **Enhancement of Brand Digital Properties:** + Improve brand digital properties, including information architecture, user journey, content, usability, and analytics to enhance brand presence. **Research and Innovation:** + Drive research at domain, platform, and consumer levels to evolve our overall service offering continually. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** + Collaborate closely with Design, Software Development, Content, and Data Science teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients. + Work in partnership with Business Development teams to deliver compelling and integrated pitches to potential clients.
