We invite applications for the position of Management Trainee- Accounts Receivable.

In this position, he will manage an end-to-end collection role. Prioritization of portfolios, Construction of collection strategies, follow-up of payment promises and registration of procedures.

Responsibilities

Run related accounting records and monthly provisions.Verify reconciliations of uncollectible accounts, bank account reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany and provisions.Carry out the application of payments and reimbursements in SAP, either from customers or suppliers, ensuring that the information and documentation of credit notes and invoices are correct.Invoice the sale of products or services to third parties, as well as commissions to suppliers and collections, as well as disputes.Execute and reconcile month-end closing operations.

Minimum qualifications/skills

- Excel management (Pivot, Vlookups, Functions)

- ERP management.

- Management of collections portfolio.

Responsibilities: Management of collection role:

• Root cause analysis of aging balances.

• Lead and ensure collection strategies based on context and portfolio constraints.

• Coordinate the prioritization and identification of risky customers.

• Reconciliation of critical accounts with partial balances and credit notes.

• Projection of overdue portfolios at the end of the month.

• Creation and estimation of uncollectibility forecast.

• Application of controls and safeguarding of SOX and Global control evidence.

• Timely follow-up to compliance with payment promises.

• Record of collection efforts in High Radius or similar.

• Document and give visibility of collection challenges to your supervisor.

• Execute the accounting records of provisions for uncollectibles and others.

• Execute and reconcile month-end closing operations.

• Root cause analysis of unapplied cash and delay in application.

• Construction of strategies to reduce balances in favor.

• Identification of cash in Bank Accounts and ensure its compensation against invoice or Credit Balance.

• Cash refunds and reconciliation of Credit Notes.

• Processing of cash application requests in a timely manner.

• Monitoring and purging of unapplied Cash Accounts. Qualifications Minimum qualifications

• SAP, Excel (intermediate to advanced).

• Conflict resolution.

• Intermediate technician in accounting, banking or finance.

• Collection experience.

• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.

• Knowledge of High Radius desirable. Bilingual
