Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesOverall responsibilities and duties:
The Management Trainee will be involved in the controlling of plant to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance, improve financial control and competitiveness. The main missions of the role are:
o Develop, execute, and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies.
o Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (Product flow, Inventory, routings, etc) and Internal control basics.
o Participate in financial forecasting processes, gather data for budget, periodic forecast.
o Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency.
o Participate in Monthly / Annual Closing activities & update information into the ERP Systems
o Ensure reliability of Standard costing
o Take part / Involve with other departments to understand Internal processes and bridge gaps & identify risks.
o Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control.
o Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information.
o Participate in Statutory & Internal Audits and manage the information to be provided.
o Contribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cashflow.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Qualified CA / CMA (ICWA)
Experience:
o Relevant Experience 0 – 1 Years (preferably in Manufacturing domain)
Skills and competencies
o Having sound accounting knowledge
o Proficient in MS Excel & Good Knowledge of IT systems
o Problem Solving
o Self – motivated with Innovative mindset.
o Strong teamwork & Ethics driven.
o Good communication skills with Fluency in English
