Qualifications:

●      Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)

●      Must have a strong desire to pursue a career in Construction

●      Must be able to work with minimum supervision

●      Must have excellent scholastic records

●      Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

●      Must have effective leadership and interpersonal skills

●      Must be able to work individually and with a team

●      Should be result-oriented, systematic, and organized

●      PRC Licensure is an advantage but is not required

●      Work experience is preferred but not a requirement

Responsibilities: 

The Management Trainee Program offers a holistic perspective and exposure on construction through various trainings such as: classroom and hands-on training, coaching and mentoring by veteran professionals in the organization.

As a Management Trainee, you will be developed to:

●      Manage the delivery of the overall project construction to the required quality standards requirements of the project

●      Manage the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of construction

●      Review and manage all construction related queries to arrive at an amicable resolution
