Qualifications:

 

• Graduate of BS Architecture.

• Licensed Architect

• Knowledgeable in Revit Architecture

• Technical specs specialist with at least 2 years experience

• Knowledgeable in ASTM, ISO, EN, IN, PNS, and other standards

• Technical knowledge of different trades

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

▪ Provide and continuous research for products, services, processes that may prove beneficial for the Company.

▪ Contribute to the core’s data bank of research studies that may prove beneficial for the Company.

▪ Prepares and presents material research.

▪ Maintains and monitor updates of the Master Specifications register of D&E.

▪ Assist, reviews and recommends technical specifications of product/designs concerns related to SMEs, RFA/RFI and affected by approved innovations.

▪ With technical knowledge in different standards i.e. AST, ISO, EN, IN, PNS etc.

▪ Will have direct relations with our SMEs in gathering data, complaints, resources to addressed specific concerns. Providing technical advice about the suitability of materials.

▪ Perform regular project sites to determine items, products, services that may require improvements, changes, upgrade, etc.

▪ Representative during mock-ups and testing of materials.

▪ Look for all testing sites within the metro to determine the fastest way to have specimens for testing.

▪ Contributes to the programs facilitated by R&D section.
