Qualifications:

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent Must have a strong desire to pursue a career in Property Management Must have excellent scholastic records Must be able to work with minimum supervision Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have effective leadership and interpersonal skills Must be able to work individually and with a team Must be result-oriented, systematic, and organized PRC License is an advantage but is not required Work experience is preferred but not a requirement
