We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer /Management Trainee – HRO Talent acquisition SpecialistWe’re looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities• Proposed hiring solutions for new businesses.• Accountable for delivery of talent across for Business Vertical and drive team/ vendor on critical KPI’s.• Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery etc.• Check the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.• Shortlisting and sourcing resumes for the right skills, screening interviews and reference checks.• Initiate and monitor background status.• Pre and post onboarding activities – Coordinating with the internal people team for onboarding of new hires.• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and recruiters to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions, schedule strategy meetings with panels and candidate.• Recruitment for niche roles and top positions.• Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding all aspects of the company's operations.• Drive team to be compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines.• Knowledge Base Management: Regularly update and contribute to the TA knowledge base, ensuring that employees have access to up-to-date self-service resources.• Compliance and Confidentiality – Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and confidentiality regulations while handling sensitive employee information.• Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, or enhance the employee experience based on recurring issues or feedback from employees.Language Support requiredGenpact Delivery Center LanguageIndia (Noida) English and HindiQualifications:• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Experience:Relevant experience in Talent acquisition and recruiting, customer service, or administrative role, with a focus on handling emails and written communication. Skills Abilities:• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk), and Microsoft Office Suite.• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on employee satisfaction.• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and basic labor laws is a plus – USC/UK/India.
