Management Trainee - Processing

Primary Purpose

To gain experience and knowledge in all aspects of vertical integration with special emphasis on Operations in preparation for Operations management opportunities; this occurs under the direction of experienced personnel, the completion of learning objectives and by performing assigned department duties.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Complete assignments as defined in the Management Trainee Program, including Supervisory activities, demonstrate competence gained through learning objectives and evaluations and commitment to program. Special Projects. Complete weekly summary reports and departmental reviews/projects.

Qualifications

Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree required/Internal candidates may qualify with proven 4 years' Leadership/Supervisory experience in lieu of education. 0 - 2 years' experience.
