Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Establish effective relationships in order to increase sales with targeted clientsCommunicate effectively with other members of the Sales Team, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations on segment and client issuesResponsible for growing profitable sales in region using cost efficient methodsUnderstand and align with company policies and proceduresBuild a successful sales team; manage and develop sales team personnelLead Business development initiatives in the Region, with aim of improving Market Share in major/key accountsEmpower and manage Channel partners, drive/monitor performance and growthManage receivables in region as per set normsConduct Performance appraisals for team members and provide feedback for development areas

Education:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree, Business or Science

Experience:

10+ years of business experienceManagement experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Results oriented, assertive and self-motivated, and possess strong organizational skills to achieve goals consistentlyProfessional selling and presentation skills to influence multiple levels at customer’s organizationExpert negotiation skills to close salesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate optimally with internal and external customersAnalytical skills and intellectual ability to develop ideas, grasp sophisticated product applications, apply creative thinking, prepare a business plan and report quantitative dataMust have decision-making ability to perceive and evaluate alternatives, analyze impact of decisions before carrying them out, and implement decisions with appropriate evidence and rationaleCommunicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly business reviews and other communication vehicles.Good computer skill (Excel, Power point...)Good English Skills, both written and verbal
