Position Summary
This role will provide accounting support for the CVS Accountable Care organization, part of the Health Care Delivery segment, and will work closely with the FPA team.  The position will play a key role in the review, creation, analysis and reporting of financial information on a GAAP basis to support management decision making, communication to internal or external stakeholders, evaluation of risk and maintenance of accounting and internal control related policies.  The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, with monthly close experience in a complex organization, critical and strategic decision making skills to develop new processes, and ability to drive specific financial reporting initiatives and contribute to enhanced process efficiencies. 

Required Qualifications

5+ years of accounting, reporting or financial analysis experienceStrong technical accounting skills and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Proven track record of effective problem solving and analytical skills5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience using the program to it’s full potential to improve our process



Preferred Qualifications

CPANetsuite, SAP-S4 experienceAccountable Care industry knowledge a plusDemonstrated organizational and communication skillsThe ability to work independently and take ownership of his/her work product, while working effectively as part of a teamExperience with enhancing operational processes, creating process documentation, and driving change.The ability to execute multiple projects, simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentStrong leadership skills and the ability to work well with others and create a culture of partnership with other teams

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
