As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial accounting and reporting, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Accounts Payable to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

You will lead the Accounts Payable functions for Lineage Benelux and United Kingdom. The AP function for Benelux is spread between Rotterdam and Vlissingen offices; the UK team is based in Manchester. There is an opportunity to work from home for one or two days a week. When you are in the office you will mostly work from our Rotterdam office.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all supplier invoices are processed in the financial system in a timely and correct manner

All bank transactions are processed timely and accurately in the financial system

Execution of all outgoing payments including periodic payments to suppliers and authorities

Maintain high quality of Vendor Master Data

Intercompany reconciliation of AP positions with counter parts

Develop clear set of KPI’s supporting key objective timely payment of suppliers (Drive continuous improvement)

Pro-actively managing the role to accounting (expense category rationalization in order to standardize use expense category for similar activities)

Pro-actively supporting the EMEA procurement team in the P2P process (implementation PO’s)

Rolling out AppZen in EMEA region

Create playbook which allows us to add new volume to the AP department timely and in a controlled way (existing sub regions and new acquisitions)

Experience with integrating AP activities in P2P process

Experience with optimization projects in AP

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in P2P processes and Accounts Payable

Natural ability to work collaboratively in an international and multi-cultural environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment experiencing rapid growth and change

Strong attention to detail

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally. Dutch would be a plus
