You will be responsible for overseeing several functions within the accounts receivable department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of cash applications and price administration. This role involves managing a team of professionals, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. **Responsibilities** + Process Optimization: Continuously improve accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. + Center of Excellence Leadership: Lead the Center of Excellence for Accounts Receivable, driving innovation, standardization, and best practices across the organization. + Policy and Governance: Establish and enforce policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. + Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in accounts receivable management. + Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal departments, customers, and external auditors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. + Technology Utilization: Leverage accounting software and ERP systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. + Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounts receivable specialists, ensuring high performance and professional growth. + Cash Application: Oversee the accurate and timely application of cash receipts to customer accounts, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting. + Price Administration: Manage the administration of pricing, including adjustments, discounts, and promotions, ensuring compliance with company policies. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or MBA preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance related field with supervisory or management experience.
