Disney’s Streaming & Digital Operations team is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Ad Operations Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Operations team across our exciting brands for a temporary role, during 8 months of contract.
In this role, you will lead a local operational team, ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of our comprehensive streaming and digital portfolio.
The Streaming & Digital Ad Operations team collaborates closely with the TWDC Ad Sales team, as well as our agencies and advertisers. In this role, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of our business ecosystem, coupled with strong organizational and analytical skills, to deliver outstanding client service while identifying post-sale opportunities for account growth. As a member of a regional operational team, you will work alongside other team leaders from the region to drive success.
The Manager, Ad Aoperations will be responsible for:
As a Manager of Ad Operations, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the local team ensuring and facilitating the streaming and digital implementation, trafficking, monitoring and reporting of our internal and external clients campaigns. You will manage a team of digital traffickers, guiding their career development and providing support on various projects, training initiatives, deal workload, advanced troubleshooting, and daily oversight. In addition, you will collaborate with the leader of the regional team, offering daily insights, reporting on team performance, and monitoring business status. This role requires the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
This role will oversee the operational management of our streaming business in the LATAM region, focusing on billing workflow improvements and feature enhancements. Additionally, the position will involve collaboration with our local ad sales team to ensure exceptional service delivery:
Coordinate and ensure the effective execution of streaming and digital campaigns.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the successful implementation of digital initiatives.Lead and guide the local Ad Operations team.Provide daily updates on campaign status and constructive feedback.Continuously monitor and evaluate campaigns to ensure optimal pacing and performance.Assist clients and sales teams with billing and reconciliation processes.Deliver exceptional client service.Identify and escalate any troubleshooting issues as needed.What we need from you to be part of the story:
Experience working in digital media & traffickingExperience compiling and analyzing campaign performance reports for digital advertisingExperience analyzing general business trends and providing suggestions for improvementSeeks out partnerships across the organization to test new ideas and grow the businessExperience managing the development of custom advertising productsDeep knowledge of the digital advertising eco-system, as well as basic understanding Web development highly desirableExcellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business strategy teamsExcellent level of spoken and written EnglishProficiency in working in all advertising related ad serving and ad management tools, including but not limited to: Google Ad Manager and Operative 1Self-motivated and extremely well organizedAbility to analyze and derive insights from digital business dataAbility to cultivate sales and client relationshipsAbility to work chasing deadlines and with several tasks at the same timeJob Posting Segment:
