Position Description:
In this position, you will leverage your expertise in project management and data science to drive the design and development of data and digital products. You will work closely with business and technology teams to maximize the value of data and deliver impactful business insights through advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning. This role involves hands-on contributions to exploratory analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and end-to-end product development.
Key Focus Areas:
Consumer insights for the vaccine business.Data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics.Development of data or digital products to address business challengesForecasting to enhance business planning and strategy.Responsibilities:
1. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Lead and manage analytics and digital product development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into innovative solutions.-Act as a subject-matter expert, providing guidance on data science techniques and best practices.2. Data and Digital Product Development:
- Design and develop data or digital products, including advanced analytics solutions and AI/ML-powered tools.
- Perform exploratory analysis, and predictive modeling to support product functionalities.
- Develop custom algorithms and machine learning approaches to meet specific business requirements.
3. Collaboration and Implementation
Work with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment.
Ensure the robustness and scalability of data and digital product designs.
4. Analytics Communication:
- Transform complex data into actionable insights and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Share analytical results with stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
-Education:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a relevant technical/scientific field.
-Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a data scientist or analytics role.
- Proven track record in managing projects involving data or digital product design and development.
- Previous experience in consumer-related analysis (e.g., promotion mix, sentiment analysis, big data mining) is a plus.
-Technical Skills:
- Expertise in data science and predictive analytics approaches.
- Proficiency with mainstream data analysis tools: Python, R, SAS, Julia.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based machine learning tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker).
- Familiarity with distributed training, parallel computing, and scalable product development.

- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead and execute complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
-Mindset:
- Curiosity and a passion for staying updated with advancements in artificial intelligence and digital product development.
- Ability to identify meaningful business insights and tell compelling data-driven stories.

- Fluent in English.
