What you will do:

Execute a robust talent offense by attracting, developing, retaining, and engaging top talent while driving personal/professional growth of individuals, the team and delivering high quality results with passion, energy and drive.Drive New Product Development strategy and process excellence into Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams.Demonstrate a strong passion for discipline in work execution, ensuring strategic, process excellence, technical rigor, and continuous improvement.Identify and leverage cross business unit resources to meet project milestones and enhance delivery.Collaborate with the R&D leadership team on the creation and development of a NPD technical roadmap, building a skilled team to meet technical requirements and project milestones.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and support in achieving technical roadmap goals, with a focus on skillset development.Participate in cost center budget creation, projections, and tracking activities.Contribute and execute customer facing activities like Voice of Customer and customer centric design in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related discipline8+ years of engineering, management, or related experiencePeople management experience requiredProject management experience preferred

Travel Percentage: 20%
