As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in driving quality excellence within our business unit (BU). You will coordinate and oversee all quality-related activities to achieve our quality objectives. Your expertise will ensure that customer-specific requirements are met, and you will lead initiatives to maintain and continuously improve our Integrated Operating System (IOS). Key Responsibilities:
-Quality Objectives: Collaborate in the definition of quality objectives in the business plan and strategic planning to ensure alignment with our overall goals.
-Coordination: Coordinate quality-related activities in accordance with PRP to drive consistency and excellence.
-Customer Relationship: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure effective communication and enhance customer satisfaction.
-IOS Management: Oversee the application, maintenance, and continuous improvement ofthe IOS, including customer-specific requirements, and support projects to achieve certification.
-Leadership: Provide professional guidance and promotion within the subordinate structure to guarantee employee motivation, self-reliance, and the achievement of quality goals.
-Training: Identify training needs, plan, and execute training programs in alignment with YFAI Quality Standards to ensure continuous development.
-Process Management: Support the establishment and optimization of structures and processes in the qualityarea to enhance interfaces and workflows.
-Supplier Quality Management: Coordinate overlapping activities between programs and the supplier base to ensure seamless quality management.
Qualifications:
-Proven background in quality management within the automotive industry.
-Specific education and training in quality disciplines.
-Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the quality field.
-At least 5 years of workingexperience in the automotive industry.
-Experience collaborating with OEMs.
-Strong people development and leadership skills.
