SUMMARY OF THE ADVANTAGE SERVICE The Finalsite Advantage service exists as a way to help make Finalsite clients more successful through providing consultants that help elevate client's school marketing & communications and admissions & enrollment strategies. Through this successful partnership, we ensure they become - and remain - strong advocates of Finalsite. This is achieved through the delivery of a personalized high-touch service that supports the client's strategic goals. Each Advantage consultant has their own client base for whom they develop and implement short, medium, and long-term marketing & communication and/or admissions & enrollment strategies and lead projects that rely on the use of the full range of Finalsite products and services. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Manager, Finalsite Advantage Consulting is responsible for the ongoing strategic and practical development of Finalsite Advantage through the proactive identification of opportunities for future growth, adaptation, or augmentation of the service. They oversee the Advantage Consulting Team and ensure the team has the tools, assets, and guidance needed to deliver their projects in a manner that upholds the reputation of the Advantage service and Finalsite. LOCATION 100% Remote - Anywhere within the US RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the Advantage Team - instructing, coaching, and inspiring them to achieve both their personal goals and the company's goals. Strategize with the Vice President of Digital Marketing Services on the ongoing development of Advantage consulting services - to support the company's goals of improved client satisfaction, increased product adoption, and greater penetration in all end markets. Provide active support to the Sales and Client Success teams during the entire sales process - qualifying all leads and developing proposals centered on the client's identified needs. Drive the development of marketing, sales, and sales enablement materials to further promote the Advantage service both externally and internally within Finalsite. Continually evaluate Advantage processes, including liaising with other departments, and enact changes as needed to satisfy business needs and company goals. Manage up to a 40% workload of Advantage projects of all types and for all end markets as required, as per the Advantage Consultant job description. Represent Finalsite's leadership via conference session presentationsPresent, both in person and online, on a range of marketing, communications, and admissions topics at workshops, conferences, and other events - involving travel as required. Monitor client satisfaction with Advantage projects, troubleshoot and de-escalate client issues, manage team conflicts, and remove obstacles. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar relevant field. 8+ years experience in a school marketing, communications, or admissions role. A clear understanding of, and experience within, one or more of the following education sectors: US independent schools, US public school districts; International schools (English-language based). Proven leadership skills that inspire confidence in your own abilities while mentoring and building confidence in the skills of others. Extensive experience using the Finalsite Composer platform and associated modules. Experience in the development of short, medium, and long form marketing communications, admissions, and enrollment plans. Extensive experience in website redesign projects. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks within multiple projects and manage competing deadlines.
