About the Role

Agency Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the agency force & sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams, fostering robust relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with marketing teams, managing sales budgets, and analyzing sales trends to drive informed decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive agency growth by supporting the sales force in achieving and exceeding targets through structured development programs.Design and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals while implementing engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and motivation.Lead agent recruitment efforts, ensuring a strong recruitment pipeline, and facilitate onboarding, training, and skill development programs to accelerate integration and performance.Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring to enhance agent effectiveness, with a focus on sales segmentation growth and leadership development.Strengthen agency leaders’ management capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture through strategic engagement and transparent communication.Drive activation and productivity milestones while leveraging data insights to optimize recruitment, sales trends, and team performance.Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional activities, maximizing business growth and recruitment impact.Identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training interventions to enhance overall agency capability.Support the leadership pipeline by mentoring NexGen leaders toward promotion.Ensure all agency activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards while continuously enhancing efficiency in agency development.Deliver data-driven insights on recruitment, sales performance, and development progress to senior management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Prefer 5-8 years of experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy or related fields.Strong understanding of agent recruitment, training, and sales management.Proven record of managing and giving directions to sales team members, align and work together with other stakeholders.Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement.Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving agency growth and productivity.
