As the Algorithms EPM Lead, you will oversee critical initiatives focused on improving advertiser and user experiences, launching new products, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You’ll manage and mentor a team of EPMs to navigate dependencies, mitigate risks, and meet ambitious timelines. Acting as a vital bridge between Product and Engineering, you will guide teams through strategic decisions to ensure alignment with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to craft technical strategies, collaborate with engineers on system design, and lead cross-functional efforts that solve sophisticated challenges and drive innovation at scale.
