The Selling Partner Improvement of Customer Experience (SPICE) team works to ensure that Customers can buy with confidence on Amazon. We develop and implement innovative products, programs, and tools to ensure customers have perfect order experience on Amazon while ensuring our sellers are empowered to succeed. The SPICE team owns Seller Reviews, Seller detail page and Amazon's Seller Performance Indicator (SPI). Our vision is to empower customers with information that allows them to shop with confidence from selling partners and to use selling partner performance data to influence product and seller discovery so that customers are connected with sellers who have the highest likelihood of delivering a perfect order experience on every single order. We are looking for a seasoned analytics manager to run our analytics team in Hyderabad. This team will partner closely with data engineers, product managers and scientists to build highly visible features that help deliver the perfect order experience customers while helping sellers to raise the bar.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a leader who can own our analytics roadmap, develop and grow the careers of Business Analysts on our team and serve as a key partner for our product, engineering and science teams. In this role, you will: a) lead a team of Business Analysts to identify and solve business problems using vast amounts of data from disparate sources; b) drive a Analytics roadmap, prioritizing business insight requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs; c) work closely with our science and data engineering teams to build, maintain pipelines that power critical ML models that influence product and seller discovery d) guide and coach your team to continuously improve operational excellence and ability to deliver best-in-class solutions.
