**Overview**
Publicis Collective is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Quality and Analytics Manager to join our analytics team. As the Data Quality and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data for downstream analysis, and will play a critical role in leveraging the power of data to inform decisions through the development of reusable tools, analytical frameworks, and sound judgment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain high data quality standards and implement best practices for data management and analytics processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong logic and problem-solving skills, an abundance of curiosity, and the ability to partner effectively across teams to deliver practical solutions to high-impact challenges.
**Responsibilities**
+ Establish and safeguard data quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality, structure, accessibility and presentation meets business needs
+ Partner with platform and activation teams to develop and implement data quality standards and procedures, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across the organization
+ Guide the ongoing validation and publication of operational data sets, preventing quality leaks from impairing downstream analysis and decisions
+ Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for internal teams
+ Lead the development of reusable tools and repeatable analytical frameworks to efficiently address routine business questions and enable data-driven decisions
+ Direct internal team members and clients on the practical application of data to inform business decisions
+ Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen decisions through incremental or alternative data sources; Lead supporting evaluation and business case development process
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, Finance)
+ 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data quality, data analytics, or a related field
+ 3+ years of experience in leveraging data to drive business decisions
+ Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices for designing repeatable analysis
+ Proficiency in data management tools and technologies
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
+ Proficient in SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI/Looker, Excel
+ Detail oriented and able to balance multiple tasks
+ Strong project management skills
