**Responsibilities**
The Analytics Manager will be responsible for being the day-to-day owner of deliverables for a large pharmaceutical brand as part of our client portfolio with support from their Director and Associate Director. This includes fostering both internal and external relationships and being the go-to point of contact for this brand. This role requires a solid understanding of media performance measurement and comfort with data storytelling and the ability to successfully present reporting to both internal and client teams.
Additionally, Managers oversee other Senior Analysts and Analysts who own reporting on smaller portfolio brands and must be comfortable supporting across multiple lines of business. They also will drive impact across the portfolio by acting as project owner and using their knowledge of data visualization tools to foster the development of our ETL to provide innovative deliverables to our clients.

+ B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising or related field
+ 3+ years of experience working with large data sets or conducting quantitative analysis
+ Agency experience highly preferred
+ Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industries highly preferred
+ Experience working with Python, R programming languages
+ Experience working with relational databases, SQL
+ Strong communication skills
+ Agency experience highly preferred
+ Ability to speak and write professionally
+ Ability and comfort with presenting work by phone or within small groups
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understanding needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency
+ Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.).
+ Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
+ Knowledge of analytics tools and relational databases (Google Analytics, SQL, MS Access)
+ Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables)
+ Knowledge of Python and other programming languages

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $137,195 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
