This individual will be a part of the Offer Development, Delivery and Analytics department within Advisor Services.  Specific to the analytics function, the department delivers data-driven insights and enables accountability through the tracking and reporting of key metrics. The Manager, Analytics Consultant is responsible for supporting analytical projects for risk and trading.  We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly analytical and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.   Additional responsibilities include:

Leverage strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions Manage a dynamic workload, including multiple deliverables while maintaining alignment on strategic priorities Establish a trusted partnership with colleagues and stakeholders What you have

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreeExpert user of PowerPoint and ExcelStrong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders3+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python)

 

 Preferred Qualifications:
