Job Description

Corporate Strategy Manager plays a key role in supporting delivery of key strategic initiatives across the region. Specific responsibilities include:

Lead or support work streams on projects related to AP region’s strategy, competitive analysis, multi-year planning, business development, etc.Structure and solve business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues. Build out unique, creative and impactful solutions by integrating insights across Visa's many expert functional resources and supporting collaborative solution developmentDevelop rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations. Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendationsWork closely with cross-functional and regional management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical supportCommunicate recommendations to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional staff and management in a clear, concise and impactful way

 

Qualifications5-8 years’ experience in a management consulting firm or similar experience in a multinational doing strategy, planning and financial analysisExperience in the payments industry highly preferredSelf-starter, team oriented, collaborative, with ability to participate in complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at all levelsAbility to develop content independently and prioritize deliverables and projects to meet timelines efficiently and ability to adapt to changes in priorities quicklySuperior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modelingExcellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilitiesComplete team player, able to work across cultures, upholds and promotes highest ethical standards and mutual respect in the workplace
