As a member of Bain’s APAC Account + Industry Practice Marketing team, you’ll join a talented team of diverse and inclusive professionals dedicated to advancing Bain’s marketing goals. We work closely with our client heads, global practice, and account marketing teams, and market reputation teams to deliver comprehensive and effective marketing strategies. WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Acting Manager for APAC Account + Industry Practice Marketing, you will:

Account Marketing (50%)Execute and monitor Account Marketing plans for covered P1 accounts in the APAC region in collaboration with Client Head(s)Drive the execution of key sales plays by initiating standard campaign tacticsProvide ongoing marketing support to Client Head (Partner) throughout the year by serving as the main point of contact for marketingWork collaboratively with other marketing functions to achieve Bain’s overarching marketing goalsMonitor KPIs and performance to help optimize Account Marketing effectivenessIndustry Marketing (50%)Support the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that support Bain’s commercial objectives in the APAC regionProvide analytical feedback in collaboration with senior specialists and the Marketing Analytics team to lead strategic improvementsExecute industry practice marketing activities across campaigns, working with relevant Centers of Excellence and market reputation teamsMonitor and coordinate the identification of key stakeholders for the practice (e.g., promoters, clients, prospects, influencers, alumni, reporters)Lead industry practice IP creation (i.e., briefs, graphics, etc.) for the most relevant topics within the regionExecute campaigns with an optimal marketing mix of localization, owned digital channels, digital campaigns, events, PR, etc.ABOUT YOUEducationRequired: An undergraduate degree in business/marketingPreferred: A graduate degree in Marketing/Digital CommunicationsExperienceRequired: 6-8 years of relevant B2B marketing experiencePreferred: Professional services experience or other relevant industryKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesRequired:Expertise and previous experience in marketing programs and processesAbility to proactively conceive and suggest new approaches and solutionsDemonstrated ability to take a lead on coordinating and executing distinct projects and/or large and regional events, including managing the budget and contributing to objective/goal definitionUnderstanding of local office and relevant industry practice marketing objectives and prioritiesEffective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of various seniorities with minimal input from the managerAbility to interact with external contacts/parties as a knowledgeable Bain marketing representativeClient-centric mindsetAbility to remain calm and composed under pressure
