The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and ability to craft and deliver clear communication, and demonstrated ability to bring together diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals. This role offers significant opportunities to drive impactful business outcomes, including building out the AI infrastructure network and playing a critical role in Reality Labs devices supply chain, ultimately helping bring the next generation of computing platforms to customers. **Required Skills:** Manager, Application Management Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative solutions 2. Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of application managers 3. Define and drive strategy to ensure 3P applications align with business goals, scalability, and innovation 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs and drive organizational success 5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products 6. Establish clear objectives, performance metrics, and quality benchmarks for 3P software products, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies 7. Oversee vendor partnerships, prioritizing contract management, renewal strategies, and cost savings initiatives to optimize software budgets **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. 8+ years of experience of Application Management in Supply Chain including logistics, assets management, planning and product lifecycle management 9. 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, data engineering and data science teams 10. Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience 11. Experience presenting to executive audiences 12. 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors 13. BA/BS in Computer Science, Information systems or Supply Chain 14. Experience with at least three full cycles of vendor product implementation, cut-over, launch and post-launch support 15. Experience with one of the following: Oracle SCM, Hexagon EAM, Flexarea **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16.
