= Objectives =
• Build application expertise center for agrochemicals
• Be responsible for Greater China customer support on their innovation activities and technical support
• Provide technical support solutions to market and customers and scouting of new technologies and blend recommendations based on Home Care, Industrial & Institutional and Industrial Formulators product and R&D project portfolio

= Main Tasks =
Technical service & customer support
• Regional AgroChemicals (AgChem) expert to support technical teams in Shanghai, Mumbai and Bangkok
• Develop and lead local and local customer projects (Market Measures) to support business development in alignment with AP strategies as well as sales teams in AgChem
• Understand the Greater China and ASEAN key customers’ needs and manage technical activities with key customers to drive customers’ innovation and grow business
• Regular traveling to ASEAN customers to initiate key projects together with technical team in ASEAN to grow business
• Provide and guide technical service for quality issue, technical inquiries in Greater China, support whenever needed and connect with application expertise center for technical solutions for Agro Chemicals
• Develop and provide technical training measures, presentations and supporting materials
• Key interfaces: Customers, local sales, product management, marketing


= Job Requirements =
• Education: Master or PhD in chemistry/industrial & applied chemistry/physical chemistry or related areas
• Working Experience: Minimum 8 years for Master and 5 years for PhD in relevant working experience in technical service (product development & customer trouble shooting) for AgroChemicals
• Other requirements: Ability to quickly understand market / customers technologies, team working, effective communication and collaboration skills under the multicultural environments, people management, Fluent English speaking & Writing, up to 30% traveling in Greater China and ASEAN
