Manager, Arrhythmia Center - Arrhythmia Center - Full Time
Position Summary: Responsible for the overall management and general operations of the Arrhythmia Center. Collaborates with implanting physicians in the provision of optimal implantable cardiac device management that follows all regulatory agency guidelines. Coordinates the maintenance of patient/device interaction through biomedical and psychosocial interventions. Education, License & Cert: Must be a registered nurse currently licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred. Experience: A minimum of two years clinical experience in the field of electrophysiology or cardiology is required. Essential Functions: 1. Plans, organizes, manages, and directs Arrhythmia Center operations within Guthrie Medical Group. 2. Provides leadership and completes administrative/business tasks associated with the Arrhythmia Center. 3. Leads the department in the continuous improvement and quality of services. 4. Completes patient assessments and evaluates performance of device function. 5. Demonstrates behaviors and actions that are consistent with Guthrie’s principles and values. Other Duties: 1.
