The Manager, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Innovation and Solutions is an innovative leader responsible for contributing to Hach’s emerging technology and growth strategies by leading AI development projects, designing and implementing machine learning models / SaaS technologies, deploying AI solutions, providing technical leadership and mentoring team members. Stays current with Responsible for standing up an AI Technology council and vetting AI and other emerging technologies that will enhance productivity and impact across the organization. In the marketing space, researches new technologies and identifies opportunities where AI can support Hach in engaging with customers more effectively, optimizing dynamic campaigns and enhancing Hach’s competitive advantage in the marketplace. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and departments to mitigate risk with AI deployments. Continuously monitors, evaluates, and implements AI systems to optimize performance and ensure maximum efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Shape and execute AI and ML strategy and implement an AI Technology Council with roadmap and technology implementation governanceAccelerate innovation, implementation, enablement, and adoption of new technology to enhance time to market in product launches, marketing campaigns, and enterprise-wide growth initiativesDefine and execute Hach’s operational strategies for enterprise AI system management and enhancement aligning it to overall business goals.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI systems in partnership with Water Quality IT and Security teams ensuring high quality, scalable, and timely solutions.Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of AI technologies.Responsible for modernization and migration of ML models onto new tech stacksGenerate Standardized Documentation: Develop standardized documentation for AI data quality processes, ensuring clarity and consistency in quality assessment methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of extensive experience in managing enterprise technology stacks / systems and emerging technology within a corporate environment.A subject matter expert in working with Large Language Models, particularly GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) variants, including prompt engineering and data embeddingDeep understanding of AI technology applications.Systems Thinking: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing solutions to critical issuesProven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.Experience in leading teams through significant change.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.US ONLY:
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
