About the Role
The Manager, AI Innovation and Solutions is a forward-thinking leader responsible for shaping Hach’s AI strategy and driving emerging technology initiatives. This role leads AI development projects, designs and implements machine learning models and SaaS technologies, and ensures AI solutions align with business growth and operational excellence.
A key focus of this role is to establish and lead an AI Technology Council, evaluating and governing new AI and emerging technologies to enhance productivity across the organization. Within marketing, this role will research and apply AI to improve customer engagement, campaign optimization, and competitive positioning.
This position requires a balance of hands-on AI implementation and strategic planning, as well as collaboration with IT, security, and other stakeholders to ensure responsible and effective AI deployment.
What You’ll Do
Shape and execute AI strategy, establishing an AI Technology Council and defining governance frameworks.
Accelerate AI innovation and adoption, integrating technology into product launches, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives.
Oversee AI system management, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions in collaboration with IT and security teams.
Lead AI modernization efforts, including migration of machine learning models to new technology stacks.
Develop standardized AI documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in data quality and governance.
Monitor and optimize AI system performance, managing updates and enhancements for maximum efficiency.
Ensure ethical AI deployment, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor and guide teams, driving operational best practices and AI knowledge sharing.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in managing enterprise technology stacks and emerging AI technologies & in undertanding their business impact.
Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT variants, prompt engineering, and data embedding.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process optimization and AI-driven efficiency improvements.
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience leading teams through change, driving AI adoption, and managing enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
