Position Purpose: Responsible for leading design and development of a highly scalable, automation platform by using automation and configuration management tools which provide optimal performance. This role also leads the transformation of deployment, release, configuration and testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of automation tools. This role mentors and coaches junior team members and brings in thought leadership for emerging technology areas.

Leads the development and management of end-to-end automated solutions for IT operations activities (including deployment, release management, monitoring, maintenance, etc.)Develops deep understanding in technical domain and demonstrate thought leadership in emerging technology areasOversees and participate in the development, execution, and maintenance of test plans and automation test scripts according to quality standardsDesigns strategy and frameworks for developing highly scalable, automation platforms by using automation and configuration management toolsEnhances the existing automation scripts to increase the functional coverage and scenarios for better performanceParticipates in review meetings, test plan reviews, and share regular reporting with senior managementManages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance reviews, provide leadership, technical guidance, and coaching to automation and quality assurance engineersShares knowledge and develop staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of automation engineering, business issues, and best practicesDevelops and communicates organizational objectives; inspire and motivate team members to achieve resultsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsLead MS Power Platform initiative

Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

Pay Range: $116,800.00 - $216,200.00 per year
