Reporting to the Director, Balance Sheet Management - International Business, the Manager will be responsible to provide analytical support to the International Treasury team to facilitate effective governance over the International Treasuries on key topics such as interest rate risk management, liquidity risk management, investments and FX hedging.
**Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:**
+ Develop tools and work on analysis related to,
+ Interest Rate Risk such as simulation of balance sheet, NII/EVE sensitivities; interest rate gaps.
+ Liquidity risk and metrics such as Liquidity Coverage Ratio.
+ Funds Transfer Pricing and Cost of Funds to support international banking units.
+ Developing, implementing and producing periodic / ad-hoc reports to support Asset Liability Committee and management decisions.
+ Work on development and implementation of balance sheet analytics related to,
+ Conduct scenario analysis to support strategy proposals regarding rates, FX and investment portfolio.
+ Develop models and analytics on mortgage portfolio behaviour.
+ Develop models for cash flows and P&L projection.
+ Develop, enhance, and provide maintenance of database, web portals and Power BI dashboards:
+ Maintain ETL process and database to support team/group's daily activities
+ Improve the existing process and implement new process to meet the needs of the team/group.
+ Automate the processes that could free team members from repetitive tasks and focus more on analytics.
+ Communicate with upstream data teams for any issue.
+ Ensure alignment of Asset and Liability Management (ALM) methodology, measurement and policies by:
+ Working closely with main stakeholders and coordinate on topics such as balance sheet management, risk limits, key exposures, regulatory initiatives etc.
+ Participating and working on regulatory initiatives.
+ Reviewing ALM related policies for different countries and update the International Treasury guidelines.
+ Maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders such as local Treasury teams and the relevant support functions.
**Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have experience with:**
+ Undergraduate in Business, Finance or Accounting.
+ CFA / FRM designations are desirable.
+ MBA or Finance Certification are desirable.
+ Solid knowledge of interest rate risk, liquidity risk and FTP.
+ Solid knowledge of Financial Products including money markets and derivatives.
+ Proficiency with use of Excel, VBA, Bloomberg and programming language(s) such as Python and SQL.
+ Familiarity with the relevant regulations i.e. RDARR, IRRBB, FRTB, Volcker.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Self-driven, analytical and collaborative.
