How you’ll make in impact:

Strategic Program Design: Collaborate with management to design benefits and employee well-being programs across the EMEA region. Engage with internal stakeholders and external experts to stay ahead of market trends and identify solutions that align with our global strategy. Prepare compelling business cases for proposed initiatives.Program Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough data analysis to design programs and establish effective metrics. Evaluate the competitiveness of our benefits and well-being programs, identifying opportunities for enhancement. Lead projects to ensure our offerings remain competitive.Guidance and Support: Provide expert advice on benefits and well-being topics to HR staff across the EMEA region, driving process improvements and best practices.Program Evaluation: Utilize program evaluation and dashboard metrics to enhance the effectiveness of benefits & well-being programs. Submit benefits survey data, update the benefits database, and prepare comprehensive annual benefits cost reports.Vendor Management: Optimize vendor relationships to maximize our investment in benefits and well-being programs.Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changing employee benefits regulations and adapt our programs to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field8 years of previous relevant experience, experience in benefits and well-being is REQUIREDKnowledge of benefits admin platform implementation preferredProficiency in EnglishExperience in multi-national, culturally diverse environments preferredProven expertise in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills requiredStrong project management skillsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilitiesStrong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive changeMeticulous attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environmentDiscretion in handling confidential informationTeam-oriented, with the ability to work in inter-departmental teams and represent the organization on specific projects
