Manager, Brand Management
**Job Description** + The role of this position is to drive business growth through robust strategy development and strong business plan execution and demonstrate next level of commitment to make things happen. + Drive assigned brand initiatives such as new product development, market landscape assessment, goal setting, etc. to deliver short and mid/long-term growth and also consumer targets. + Responsible for coordinating and leading the cross functional teams and key stakeholders across the system. **What You'll Do for Us** + Support the develop of brand strategic business plan and Annual Business Plan to drive sustainable business growth with clear growth pillars and ambition by closely working with category head. + Compelling local competition defense strategy development covering brand edge enhancement to expand user base, innovation strategy and activation plan to land in channel, assessment of business growth opportunities leveraging consumer insights, competitor landscape and business case development. + Solid brand initiatives planning and execution together with brand marketing calendar development (such as products, packages, communications and promotional activities). + Lead to work closely with internal and external cross functional teams and business stakeholders. + Drive marketing communications plans by closely working with the team including agency partners. + Brand business diagnosis and holistic analysis as well as to manage routine performance tracking in profit and sales volume, and design brand research. + Manage marketing budget in alignment with brand strategy and productivity guidelines. **Qualifications & Requirements** + Working experience for at least 3-5 years in the area of brand/product marketing at FMCG including new product development and strategy development. + Strong passion and responsibility to deliver results. + Consumer centric mindset and strategic thinker. + Curious about consumers, trends, beverage industry, and our brands + Skills to analyze complex market and consumer environment and form own recommendation. + Strong project management and interpersonal skills. + Good leadership and communication skills to involve many stakeholders internally and externally. + Collaboration, teamwork, positive belief, and sense of responsibility.
