Manager, Brand Marketing - US + Canada
About the RoleAs the Manager of Brand Marketing, you will help lead the seasonal marketing strategy, planning, and implementation, ensuring that Athleta brand and product campaigns are brought to life across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, the Manager is a pivotal member of the Athleta Brand Marketing team. This role will support both the US and Canadian markets, focusing on growing brand awareness, acquiring new customers, and deepening the connection consumers experience with our brand and products. This role is in part responsible for understanding the Canada market and target customer, discerning what types of strategies and messaging will be relevant and motivating, balancing global brand initiatives with the needs of the Canada market.What You'll Do

Partner with Brand Marketing leaders to influence the women’s seasonal omni-channel marketing strategy and gather competitive insights.

Develop seasonal marketing briefs with consumer insights, product details, and trends.

Assist in creating seasonal omni product messages with product merchandising.

Contribute to seasonal omni asset planning and optimize tools and templates.

Work cross-functionally to create cohesive activation plans for brand and product campaigns.

Provide Canada-specific inputs for seasonal briefs and adapt foundational pieces for the Canadian market.

Lead Canada seasonal hindsighting, competitive analyses, and drive analytics to grow the customer base.

Who You Are

5-7 years of brand marketing experience in fashion/apparel, consumer brands, or marketing agencies, with a deep understanding of the Canadian market.

Proven track record in omni-channel brand marketing, including retail and digital marketing, with strong business results.

Strong team player with excellent people skills, capable of fostering dynamic relationships and working collaboratively across functions.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Passionate about the sports/fitness industry and the Athleta brand mission, with a desire to innovate and grow within the team
