Manager, Brand Operations - Estee Lauder
**Description** Key Responsibilities: • Lead brand activities associated with networks transfers/mapping management ensuring Brand POV and RIO is achieved. • Identify, communicate, and participate in the resolution of critical areas of risk, and related mitigation strategies, to senior Brand, Regional and Supply Chain leadership on a timely basis. • Understand bill of materials, support and drive packaging changes enabling supply chain sufficiency or enhance NOP for the brand. • Ensure that business risks (both short term and long term) are identified, translated into Brand impacts and effectively communicated to the appropriate Global/Regional stakeholders to support strategic decision making by partnering with Global and Regional supply chain key players. • Provide brand point-of-view on critical priorities to Global MPS, Agility, GSR, VA and VRO cross functional partners • Analytics on MOQ and Inventory levels to validate projects to help determine viability of projects. • Drive where used analysis to ensure comprehensive scoping and communication with internal partners on execution such as promo/NPL _The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $133,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company._ **Qualifications** • Knowledge of the interactions and interplays between supply and demand operations • Highly analytical – analyzes data and provides clear / fact-based presentations to stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to successfully manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to present to everyone from senior Brand leadership to factory workers • Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Brand, and Commercial stakeholders • Education: Minimum 4-year college degree – preferably business or supply chain focus. • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in Supply Planning • Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting and supply planning tools (e.g., SAP, E2Open, Kinaxis, etc.) • APICS CPM a plus, Industrial Engineering, Operations research, or mathematics background preferred but willing to consider other technical majors and relevant experience. • Proven Leadership and Decision-Making capabilities. - Highly analytical - analyzes & utilizes facts effectively for presentation to decision makers. • High familiarity with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, New Product Planning and IBP processes • Familiarity with SAP, O9, SNP or other advanced planning systems.
