Manager, Business Analyst Luxury
**Description** Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Luxury cluster portfolio. Responsible for analyzing complex data, generating actionable insights, and enhancing sales reporting efficiency to drive business impact. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail Sales + Net Sales Reporting & Analysis •Perform data validation on Retail Sales + Gross Shipment actual vs OneSource team upload + reporting. Identify and resolve exceptions with OneSource team. Stay informed of differences between ELC vs. retailer reporting, including calendar shifts and 53rd week. •Establish consistent reporting across all LUX brands. Develop and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports that include thoughtful commentary from AM & Mktg that provide clarity, not just numbers. Monitor top-performing franchises, WOS in trade, fill rate, and identify NPL trends and opportunities. •In partnership with AM, track promotional performance and NPL timing vs. weekly sales performance by retailer by brand. •Work with AM to establish tracking of LUXE cluster seasonal retail sales plans vs. retailer sales plans. •Stays up to date with new systems to continuously revise processes to drive business insights and develop accurate reporting support systems input inclusive of DW/FSM, MI9 Door Productivity Reporting & Analysis: •Provide insightful analysis on door productivity, top 30 doors, new door opportunities oSupport Head of Acct. Mgmt and FD on store productivity for annual planning and quarterly review oSupport Head of Acct. Mgmt on Capital investment opportunities and ROI evaluation oPrepare top 30 mall, market share, top door, top city reports as well as tracking of performance according to NPD classification of census divisions utilized by senior management inclusive of a complete summary of results. oAnalyze distribution opportunities. Track all new distribution opening dates as well as manage door counts by month and fiscal year. Manage NDO process and coordinate set-up and approvals. NPL (Launch/LL/Sets) & SKU Management: NPL Planning •Support SOPs and in partnership with Product Marketing develop new launch plans accurately planning growth and drawing on analyses of previous performance; solicits input from Account Mgmt. and Planners on plans. •Support launch planning process and ensures that brand is meeting deadlines. •Collaborate with DP on new launch plan proposals; evaluate pipe and forward 12-month plan to ensure coverage. •Evaluate mix between NPL/LL/Sets vs Replenishment by brand by retailer. Work with Head of Account Management to call out any risks / gaps in account topside side by side calendars developed by Account Leads. Structures feedback to shape demand plan forecasts. NPL Execution •Manage event process in MI9 and coordinate with Event Manage to release launch programs to ensure achievement of shipping deadlines and priorities are met. •Work with supply to ensure inventory availability on launches, deliveries, and trouble shoots problems. •Calls out large variances in performance v. plan that may require a change in the demand plan, alerting the Head of SOPs / Demand Planning. •Monitor and communicate launch performance, Holiday/Sets sell through and promotional/launch event analysis. SKU Management • Build WOS reporting for on-hand and on-order inventory for top SKUs, NPL, and sets for LUX cluster brands in partnership with planners to drive retailer replenishment. •Establish consistent MOB reporting for LUX Cluster. Establish category performance between ELC brands and category performance between retailers within a brand. **Qualifications** • 5+ years of relevant work experience • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
