Job Summary:\n

This individual will help lead the team responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across the Cardinals organization. Their primary responsibility will be working cross functionally with our Marketing, Ticketing, Production & Corporate Partnership teams to drive revenue growth & optimization. This person will be responsible for developing dashboards, models, and statistical analysis to assist the Cardinals in all aspects of business decision making. This position will provide input for planning needs related to the effective use of analytics, addressing immediate concerns as well as those that are anticipated in the future.\n

Job Duties:\n\nEstablish and measure departmental goals, KPI's, and project prioritization to support cross-functional projects focused on high-priority areas and long-term growth.\nManage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.\nLeverage established analytical skillset to uncover and effectively communicate impactful customer insight needs, including evaluation of ticket sales, marketing and promotional campaigns, corporate partnerships, market research, and various other business verticals.\nEnsure that the team is working with Data Visualization Tools to build dashboards for stakeholders across the organization, which allow us to understand performance of departments, progress against key initiatives, and provide insights that drive decision making from stakeholders. \nSupport the creation of predictive models to improve ticket sales, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance operations and guest experience.\n\n

Education\/Experience Minimum:\n\nProficiency with SQL\nProficiency with data visualization \/ Business Intelligence software (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)\nFamiliarity with R or Python\nFamiliarity with statistical modeling and implementation of modeling.\nBS or MS in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to identify, establish, and continuously measure KPIs based on business priorities.\nAbility to explain technical data components to nontechnical users\nAbility to summarize and translate data or analytical results into actionable insights\nExperience working with large datasets housed in various locations\n3+ years of experience in analytics\/data analysis\nPassion for sports and\/or baseball\n\n

Education\/Experienced Preferred:\n\nAdvanced SQL development skills and understanding of database technologies.\nProficiency with R or Python\nProficiency with statistical modeling and implementation of modeling.\n3-5 years of experience in analytics\/data analysis\nExperience managing a team of analysts, with proven success mentoring, guiding, developing, and growing a team.\nLeadership in planning and managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders\n
