POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Business Development is responsible for the new and existing premium mass business by identifying, building, and developing premium mass players from existing database and externally from their network outside of the property. The Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with his/her own premium player’s database, achieve client quotas and any other performance indicators as specified by the Management. He/she will be expected to provide personal service to his/her guests throughout the visit to the property and maintain personal contact/interactions with the guests for future visitation and assistance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop new premium business from Philippines and the rest of Asia and retain existing Premium valuable patrons.
2. Achieve clients’ quota, performance target and goals as assigned by the Company.
3. Provide professional customer relationship services with potential patrons and provide quality pre & post-guest services.
4, Maintain and expand Premium player’s database.
5. Support marketing events, promotions and programs that drive relationship with Premium players
6. Support any projects or tasks assigned by Senior Management
7. Constant interactions with patrons of the upcoming events and company activities through different communication channels available.
8. Recommend and/or execute management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees.
9. Always maintains strict confidentiality of customer information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the gaming, hospitality or related industry is preferred
1. Proven experience in VIP Services and / or Premium player fields.
2. Displays a high commitment to improving customer service
3. Knowledge in Philippines casino business model is an advantage
4. Sales experience is preferred.
Education
1. Tertiary Qualifications
2. Degree holder or above in business administration or marketing field is an advantage
Skills / Competencies
1. Computer literate
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
3. Multilingual or ability to converse in foreign language(s) will be an added advantage
4. Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
5. Able to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
6. Able to analyse collected data in the report format
