Ensure proper coordination with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) and external partners for successful implementation.
Maintain and grow strategic relationships with partners and campus auxiliary services, ensuring alignment of TouchNet’s business goals with partner objectives.
Partner with the TouchNet Product team to develop and enhance APIs and integrations to support Onecard’s functionality across multiple platforms.
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing to create promotional campaigns and communication strategies around the Onecard offering.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business development, project management, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the payments and/or campus card industry.
Experience working with payment processing solutions, stored value systems, or campus transaction platforms such as Onecard.
Proven experience managing complex partnerships and implementing cross-functional projects.
