The Power BI System Administrator will oversee the Power BI platform, ensuring its optimal performance, end user satisfaction and security. This role involves tenant, configuration, and workspace management, as well as providing technical support and training to users. The administrator will implement security protocols, manage user roles and permissions, and manage dataflows, data models and manage organizational reporting application. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, technical expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and M, and excellent communication abilities. **System Management:** Oversee the Power BI platform, including tenant management, configuration, and workspace management. This includes installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and applications. **User Support:** Provide technical support to Power BI users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction. Train and support BI Partners across the organization. **Security and User Access Management:** Implement security protocols, manage user roles and permissions, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace security, and ensure compliance with data protection policies. **Dataflow and Data Model Management:** Design, implement, and manage dataflows and data models to ensure efficient and accurate data integration and reporting. **Deployment Pipelines Management:** Design, implement and manage deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient updates across environments. **Performance Monitoring:** Continuously monitor the performance of the Power BI environment, optimizing for efficiency, usage and scalability. **Training and Documentation:** Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes and best practices. **Innovation and Improvement:** Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends, recommending improvements and new technologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI administration or a similar role. **Technical Skills:** Expert in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and M.
